Impax Appoints Head of Distribution

London, 6 October 2011- Impax Asset Management Ltd ('Impax'), the
specialist environmental investment company, announces the
appointment of Ominder Dhillon as Head of Distribution.
Ominder joins Impax from Fidelity International where he was
Head of UK Institutional Distribution since 2009. Prior to
this role Ominder spent nine years as Director of Institutional
Sales at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, and nine years at
John Morrell & Associates and Johnson Fry plc (later acquired
by Legg Mason).
