Bruce is the Managing Director of the Listed Equity team and oversees Impax's long-only investment strategies. Bruce joined Impax in 1999 where he worked initially on venture capital investments before developing the listed equity business.  He is responsible for the development of the investment process, research and team development, and has an active role in the day to day management of all the listed equity portfolios.

Before joining Impax, Bruce worked as a utilities analyst at Bankers Trust and as an environmental consultant for Environmental Resources Management (ERM). Bruce has an MBA from IESE (Barcelona), an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a degree in Chemistry from Oxford.

David co-manages Impax's Asia-Pacific strategy portfolios. Based in Hong Kong, David is Impax's lead analyst for Greater China including Taiwan and Singapore. David has worked for Impax since 2007 (initially via a partnership with Ajia Partners) and in the investment industry since 1997.

Previously, David worked as the Head of Small and Mid Cap Research for Asia ex-Japan at Deutsche Bank Securities, and Head of Regional Media Research at ING Securities. He also has experience in auditing and is a qualified CPA and CFA. David graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia with majors in Accounting and Finance.

Kirsteen co-manages Impax's Asia-Pacific strategy and is Impax's lead analyst for India, Korea and Japan. Kirsteen began her investment career in 1987 and has extensive experience investing in Asian equities as a portfolio manager at Royal London and Henderson Global Investors. After working in Singapore, she returned to London in 2001 to head the SRI Investment team at Henderson Global.

Subsequently, Kirsteen worked as a financial analyst for Odey Asset Management before joining JP Morgan to run a long/short Asian Financials portfolio. She joined Impax in 2009. Kirsteen has an MA in Metallurgy and Science of Materials from Oxford.
